Petiquet accepts returns or exchange for products by following our policy below:
- The product received by the customer does not match the ordered product (wrong size, color, or product type).
- You have 3 days from the receiving date of your order to return your purchase. If within 3 days we do not receive your proof of shipment, we will not accept your exchange.
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost both from customer to Petiquet and from Petiquet to customer.
- Exchange is only eligible for product replacement with the same or greater price based on the payment amount and available stock in Petiquet. The price difference will be billed to the customer along with the shipping costs. If you still want to exchange at a lower price, the price difference cannot be refunded.
- Petiquet does not accept returns and exchanges for reasons of changing your mind.
- Items that have been purchased cannot be returned. Petiquet does not accept refunds for any reason. If there is a shipping error or damage to the product which is Petiquet's responsibility, the customer can apply for a product exchange.
