Q: Do you have any offline store?
A: We currently don’t have an offline store yet right now, but you are welcome to visit us by appointment at our workshop.

Q: Do you accept customization?
A: Yes, we do. We accept size customization with additional fee according to the product. We also accept design customization with the specified price list for customized / bespoke products. Note that customized products have higher price since it takes more time, cost, and effort to create one, and we do it wholeheartedly to make sure your pet fits the right size.

Q: Do you accept any returns / exchange?
A: Yes, with terms and conditions. Return and exchange policy is attached on our link in bio.

Q: How long does Pre-Order take?
A: Depends on the product and quantity. But mostly it would take 1-2 weeks of production time according to the queue and after the payment is received. Customized products will take longer production time from two weeks to one month. Contact us if you have any timeline request.

Q: Can I order via Shopee / Tokopedia?
A: Yes, sure! Don’t hesitate to ask us and we’ll send you the link.

Q: Shopee / Tokopedia product is out of stock, can I still order? A: Yes for most of the time. Please do chat us if you have further inquiries. If the materials are still available, we would love to fulfill your request.

Q: What size will fit for my pet?
A: Our sizing is quite different from regular sizing, since we have wider range of size, from small size such as Chihuahua to extra large size such as Chowchow. If your pet is between sizes, please size up. Please check the product size chart carefully before you buy the item, or feel free to contact us to make sure you pick the right size.

Q: Is this item available for large sized dogs?
A: All of our products are available in all breed size. If your pet size is out of the size chart given, you can always ask us for size customization, with additional fee according to the design!

Q: Do you accept alteration?
A: We do not accept any alteration for ready stock items. Specifically for custom size orders, a maximum of 1 (one) revision may be made provided that the shipping costs from and back to the customer are borne by the customer.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Our working time is:
Monday - Friday (09.00 - 17.00)
Saturday (09.00 - 12.00)
For ready stock items, orders outside our operational hours will be delivered on the next working day. Feel free to chat us if you have any shipping time request.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Package will be delivered from Surabaya, Indonesia.
We usually ship through JNT Courier. However, we do have other courier options if there is any special request from customer. Delivery time is according to the courier and the destination.
